The True Guru's leagues are ready to view

For the fourth consecutive year, Todd "The True Guru" Farino will bring you full access and full disclosure of six of his toughest fantasy football leagues.  Between 2007-2009, I've disclosed the results of 19 leagues, giving weekly updates and league standing images.  In all 19 leagues I made the playoffs and won 6 championships.

In 2010, the six leagues I will report on are compromised of three expert leagues, two Blog Talk Radio listener leagues, and my home league of 11 years.

As I do every year with the first post, I'll explain why I do it.  I believe that if someone is referred to as an expert and offers or sells fantasy football advice, there should be some disclosure of his success.  Sure I can refer to my picks over the years to backup my success, but success as an expert in this industry depends on more than making good picks or sharp analysis.  How about a winning strategy and the ability to use your own advice and translate it into wins and most of all championships.

One more note.  With how lucky or unlucky fantasy football can be with the "Any Given Sunday" syndrome, winning championships isn't that big of a deal.  What is a big deal is consistency and grinding through the long 13-game season and making the playoffs.  Just because you have one bad game in a three week playoffs doesn't mean your season was a failure.

Ask your favorite expert to disclose his/her leagues!  Good luck everyone in 2010.
